The End Of An Era
With great sadness we must bid Freya goodbye as she starts her trip to the Rainbow Bridge. After a very short illness, Freya, who was born January 20, 1997 made her journey to the Bridge on August 9, 2009. Freya took over the reigns as leader of the BFCC after Henry, her sibling, who founded the Back Fence Cat Club made his journey to the Bridge. Freya was a faithful friend, and so much fun to work with. I will always remember her cute little pink nose when she was a kitten, I thought she was so cute. I am going to miss the fun times we had together, the parties we made, the friends we made, the memories we made. Freya and Henry started the famous Halloween Costume Contest at the BFCC many, many years ago. Throughout the years we have all come to enjoy that yearly event so much. The Costume Contest will continue this year, Angel Freya will be with us in spirit, and will always remain a part of the Halloween Events. Freya was a talented, wonderful kitty, and the internet has suffered a terrible loss. This indeed, is the end of an era. Freya's Memorial Petsburgh |
