Asterix Takes A Walk Asterix Hello to everyone at the zine! My name is Asterix, I´m a Westie and my cousin Guiny invited me to share with all of you a little bit about me. I live in a suburb in the outskirts of Mexico City, with my human brother and parents. I've got a lot of friends in my block and I love playing with them, specially with Lisa, a cute puppy who lives across the street. Everybody tells me I have a very sweet temper and that I´m really perky, I´m also a bit nosy and I simply adore to be pampered all day long. I love walking my human brother to the bus stop when he leaves for school, and when it´s too cold to go out so early in the morning, my human dad takes me out a bit later. A couple of months ago he was running late, so he promised me that he would take me for a walk when he came back for lunch. So the day went by as usual and everybody thought I'd forgotten about my dad's promise, however, when he got home, after greeting him as I always do, I demanded him to keep his promise, barking, crying and "shouting" all at the same time until he finally showed me my leash and took me out for my walk!
