Lizards 101

Casey meows everyone welcome to our Lizard 101 Class. In the spring, when the weather is warmer, the lizards make their appearance on our porch screen. We run and hit our screen hard and there are many holes in the screen now. Of course mew can't catch a lizard that way. Meowmie yells, "stop hitting the screen!" and we look furry innocent.
If a lizard does enter the patio, it's play time. My record is 9 lizards.

We do not eat the lizards, we just scare meowmie with them. Pippin and I play lizard catch! I catch the lizard then slide it over to Pippin, who catches it and slides it back to me. It's fun 'til meowmie says to let go of that lizard, and then takes it away. Warning! Do not play or eat a black lizard cuz that would make mew furry sick.

Pippin meows, "Once I caught a black lizard but Meowmie made me spit it out!" Pippin makes a sad face. Meowmie called the vet and the vet said black lizards are not good.

Casey meows "When mew sees a lizard be quiet and reach out a paw and snatch it!" Everyone is invited to a lizard hunting party this spring on our porch.

Happy lizard hunting

Casey and Pippin.
